At iNergy Sports, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
